Bytes will provide expert on-line assistance to employees
who may have problems at the workplace, information
on their duties and rights under their contracts of
employment and the labour laws. We will also help with
personal self development, counselling, guidance on
preparation of CV's, interview techniques, career guidance
and tips on how to retain jobs.
Employees
who face domestic inquiries or have been retrenched
or dismissed can seek advice from Business Bytes. Advice
and opinions on line is free but Business Bytes will
charge a nominal fee for assistance with drafting replies
to show cause letters, resignation letters, preparation
for domestic inquiries, raising grievances or for preparing
and filing claims in connection with termination, dismissal,
constructive dismissal or retrenchment.
Business
Bytes will also assist employees to mediate in their
disputes/claims against their employers. Employees who
seek advice should complete the APPLICATION FORM FOR
ADVICE (see below) and e-mail it together with their
questions to bizbytes@mystar.com.my
for advice and guidance on any matter affecting them
in the workplace. All Inquiries will be treated with
strict confidence.
